About
The author is a hacker by trade, living smack in the middle of the San Francisco Peninsula. Having separated (quite amicably, but still…) from his wife in 2006, he has discovered how difficult it is catching up all those people he cares about, but normally only sees once or twice a year, and chats with online barely more often than that. Being fundamentally lazy, he’s hoping that these pages and their reciprocal brothers will reduce some of that time burden. It’s not that he doesn’t like you, it’s just that he likes so many other folks, too! Yeah, that’s it.
Anyway, what you may expect to read here is not particularly limited. It might be about: Food (recipies or restaurants), booze, assorted technical matters, random other geekery, books, music, board games, role playing games (table-top rather than computer, probably), and assorted random blather. How do I know? The last blog was all about cooking, but I’m not doing that nearly as much these days.
